Roof of Wisdom: A unique Plaster Decoration on Interior Roof of my House Porch

There is a Roof of Wisdom on my house porch🏡. It is a beautiful plaster decoration carved with some symbolic features. When someone enters my house porch, no one realizes its uniqueness, well, how a layperson has inquiry eyes 👀. But when I make aware them of it, they become shocked and appreciate it.
The plaster decoration in my house porch is placed in the middle of the interior roof and has maroon color on it. It has carved designs and by focusing, one can realize that it has an image of a bird and fish beautifully composed with each other. It is in a round shape and gives a picture of the shining sun, a symbol of wisdom. Some other viewers called it a flower shape, a symbol of purity.
But at first sight, it feels like a mandala or rangoli, and also sometimes it gives me a picture of the Wheel of Law (Dharmachakra) design, an important symbol in Buddhism. It is common to have decoration on porch interior roofs in Pakistani houses but the plaster decoration on my house porch has unique features, why it is like this? Who made it and why?... unsure...!😑

The symbolic representation of birds and animals is very common in different religions and cultures. I think the bird in this plaster decoration depicts Simurgh, a mythical creature in persian art and literature. It is also found in many other cultures in different styles and designs. There are many stories fables and folklore found in persian literature about Simurgh. But I could not find any relation in history between Simurgh and Fish. It has written in different text that Simurgh has a fish-textured body (maybe in this plaster decoration, the fish represents its body texture...), face like a dog, and feet like a lion's paw.

Also, I found a persian story "The Little Black Fish" written by Samad Behrangi that has the same concept as "Conference of the Birds" a story about Simurgh written by Farid ud-Din Attar, a famous Iranian Sufi poet. In both persian stories, Birds and Fish are on a journey to find Wisdom. Following are the links to get info about Simurgh and "The Little Black Fish".

Bird resembles mythical creature, Simurgh

The above-mentioned two reasons that I could be able to find the relations between Simurgh and Fish through my very limited knowledge. But if anyone of you would find a connection between them in history or any other concern about this plaster decoration, please share in the comments. It will be appreciable.
In the end, I want to recall as I wrote in my last post "An Insightful Mosiac Wall of my House", that we shifted into this house five years ago, and we don't know who constructed it. If the person's concern about its construction was just a decoration or if he had any particular belief or faith, 💭 nobody knows.
My house has some unique architectural features that I realized represent historic Islamic Architecture specifically Persian art and architecture. And each architectural decoration has a hidden story that I can't ignore to share with others. Most importantly I could be able to recognize them when I was admitted to the MPhil Art History and I did most of my research work on Mughal Art and Architecture.
